It is to inform you with deepest grief and sorrow that our beloved Rector Prof. Dr. Muhammad Waseem passed away on Monday 18th February.
Dr. Waseem was special to all of us and his loss has left us in deep pain and distress.
To pay our tributes to the deceased and to offer our condolences for this enormous loss a Quran Khwany for the Aisal-e Sawab of departed soul has been arranged in the Auditorium on Thursday 21st February 2008 at 10 am to 1 pm.
All staff of NICE are requested to please join this special prayer for the salvation of soul of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Waseem.
