Registration Forms can be collected from the Front Office (Reception) / can be downloaded by the clicking link below.

Please submit the filled forms back at the ‘Reception’ before the Deadline of
Sunday, July 24, 2011

Please make sure that the pre-requisite of a selected course have been completed otherwise course request will be cancelled

Forms will be accepted with the copy of 500/course fee bank chalan voucher paid at the bank
